2. Eligibility

Our services are available to adults aged 18 years and over only. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request valid photographic identification to verify your age and may decline to provide treatment if satisfactory ID cannot be produced.

We do not provide treatment to anyone under the age of 18, without exception.

3. Our Services

Reset Clinical provides a range of professional aesthetic treatments, including:

RF Microneedling

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments

Dermal fillers

Skin boosters

Facials

All treatments are carried out by qualified and trained practitioners. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual client following a thorough consultation. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if, in the professional judgement of our practitioners, it is not safe or appropriate for you.

4. Medical Consultation and Contraindications

Before any treatment, you will be required to complete a consultation and medical history form. You must disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, previous treatments, or other relevant health information truthfully and in full.

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment. Reset Clinical accepts no liability for adverse outcomes arising from information you have failed to disclose.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone any treatment if, in our professional opinion, it would not be safe to proceed based on your disclosed medical information or physical assessment on the day.

5. Bookings

Appointments can be made online through our booking platform, Booksy, at resetclinical.com, or by contacting us directly at [email protected].

By completing a booking, you enter into an agreement with Reset Clinical to attend your appointment at the time and date confirmed. Bookings are subject to the deposit and cancellation terms set out in Sections 6 and 7 below.

We will make reasonable efforts to honour confirmed appointment times; however, in exceptional circumstances, we may need to reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

6. Deposits

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be displayed at the time of booking.

Refundable Circumstances

Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Your deposit will be non-refundable in the following circumstances:

You cancel with less than 24 hours' notice before your appointment

You fail to attend your appointment (no-show)

You attend your appointment but decide not to proceed with the treatment for any reason, including personal preference, change of mind, or failure to disclose a relevant medical condition at the time of booking

In all non-refundable circumstances, the deposit will be forfeited in full and will not be credited toward a future appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing by Reset Clinical.

Reset Clinical reserves the right to withdraw the ability to book future appointments from clients who repeatedly fail to attend or cancel at short notice.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations and rescheduling requests can be made via:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit as described in Section 6.

Where you reschedule with sufficient notice (more than 24 hours), your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment date.

8. Payments

Payment for treatments (minus any deposit already paid) is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept card payments processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Reset Clinical reserves the right to change its pricing at any time; however, prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.

9. Results and Expectations

Aesthetic treatment outcomes vary between individuals. While we will always work to achieve the best possible result for you, Reset Clinical makes no guarantee regarding specific outcomes, and individual results may differ from those shown in promotional materials or before-and-after imagery.

Our practitioners will advise you during your consultation on realistic expectations for your chosen treatment, including the number of sessions that may be required. You are encouraged to ask questions before consenting to any procedure.

Reset Clinical is not responsible for outcomes that differ from your expectations where reasonable information was provided during the consultation process.

10. Photographs

With your explicit written consent, we may take before and after photographs of your treatment area for the purpose of:

Clinical record-keeping

Monitoring treatment progress

Marketing and promotional use, including on our website and social media channels

Photographs will not be used for any marketing purpose without your prior written consent. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect photographs already published or the use of photographs for clinical records, which we are required to retain.

Where photographs are used for marketing purposes, we will not identify you by name without your express agreement to do so.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Reset Clinical's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the treatment in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of earnings or reputational damage, arising from your use of our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are fit to receive the treatment you have booked. We accept no liability for adverse reactions or outcomes arising from your failure to disclose relevant medical information or failure to follow aftercare instructions provided by our practitioners.

12. Aftercare

Following your treatment, our practitioners will provide you with verbal and/or written aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. Reset Clinical accepts no liability for complications or suboptimal outcomes arising from failure to adhere to aftercare guidance.

13. Intellectual Property
